 In early 2005, Woodenbridge was awarded the prestigious Diamond Certified award. Only companies rated highest in quality earn this award. In order to be Diamond Certified, an independent rating agency takes a random sample of our past customers and conducts a confidential telephone survey in order to determine their customer satisfaction. In order to qualify, we had to score at least 88 out of 100. Additionally, our credentials (license, insurance, credit) and business practices were thoroughly reviewed. All of these items will be continuously monitored to ensure that we are qualified to retain our Diamond Certification.
